For his entire career since 1965, Doug has been involved in the fine art community by creating images in wide ranging media that has grown out of his own vision of art and by participating in fine art competitions in several states. Currently, most of his time is spent on his teaching duties and various commercial projects as they come his way. His inspirational work is presently his fine art expression.
